About Our Company
Hawkes Electro Arc Ltd began in 1976 as a welding equipment repair centre, aiming to serve Cambridge and the surrounding areas. We were originally owned and operated by a pair of brothers, Art and Wayne Hawkes. Art retired from the company in 2011 when Wayne purchased his shares, with Wayne retiring in 2015. Wayne’s son, Wayne Jr. then took over ownership as the sole shareholder and operator. Today, Wayne Jr. manages day-to-day operations, continuing our family tradition of reliable service and expertise in welding equipment repair.
